What is dexpanthenol?

Dexpanthenol, also known as panthenol, is an intense moisturiser known for its regenerative properties. It derives from pantothenic acid, which is also known as Vitamin B5.

Is dexpanthenol good for skin?

Dexpanthenol enhances skin regeneration and repair overnight, which is why it's a key ingredient in Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler Night and Hyaluron-Filler + Volume-Lift Night.

As well as its anti-ageing benefits, dexpanthenol improves hydration in the outermost layers of the skin. This keeps the skin elastic and soft, while reducing transepidermal water loss.

What is dexpanthenol used to treat?
