Thiamidol
Thiamidol is a patented ingredient, known to fight hyperpigmentation acting at its root cause. It works by inhibiting the human tyrosinase, the key enzyme in melanin production. Hyperpigmentation can be the result of different causes, e.g. sun-induced pigment spots, post-acne marks or age spots. Key benefits are:
Reduction of Hyperpigmentation: By effectively inhibiting tyrosinase, Thiamidol decreases melanin synthesis, leading to a visible reduction in dark spots and an even skin tone.
Works on all skin types: Thiamidol is dermatologically tested and suitable for all skin types, including dry, oily, combination, normal and sensitive skin. It works for skin of any ethnicity or age and thus is effective on all skin types and tones.
Fights post-acne marks: Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation happens when skin is inflamed or injured, for example because of acne. The impacted area is left darkened and hyperpigmented despite having otherwise healed. Thiamidol addresses these areas resulting in an even skin tone.
Hyaluronic Acid is formed by skin cells and is part of the connective tissue of the skin. One of its key functions is to retain moisture, and it has the ability to bind in between 1,000 and 10,000 times its own weight in water (i.e. one gram binds between one and ten liters). Can I use Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum instead of a moisturiser?
Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum contains concentrated Hyaluronic Acid which improves skin moisturisation. It is effective when used individually, as part of your current skincare routine, or alongside other products in the Eucerin Anti-Pigment range.
Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum does not protect skin from the sun. As the sun’s rays are a key contributor to hyperpigmentation it’s important to wear an appropriate sun protection product, even on cloudy days. We recommend that, if you apply Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum in the morning, you follow it with Eucerin Anti-Pigment Day SPF 30 to help fade existing acne marks and protect skin from the sun, thereby reducing further sun-induced pigmentation issues. For intense sun exposure choose a higher protection factor from the Eucerin Sun Protection range.

Seems to be working to remove the hyperpigmentation, I only use it at night. Have been using it for a few weeks now. The key is to act as if. I think Eucerin works well for brown skin.
Nice if you use it often. Ive used it about 1/2 a week and noticed that my skin looks much more glossy and glowing. I would buy this product again…….

Not worth the money
The product doesn't make any difference in pigmentation. I've been using it for almost a year, not every day because my face gets a bit dry if I use it every day.It's not worth the money I paid, I won't buy it again and I kept using it because it was expensive to throw away.
