1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. 

2. No purchase is necessary. Internet access, open Instagram and Facebook account,  and a compatible browser are required. 

3. To enter the Prize Draw you must like the post, comment on which product you are most excited to try, and follow Eucerin_UK and beautybaycom either on Facebook or on Instagram. 

4. Only 1 winner will receive the Eucerin prize. 
The Eucerin prize includes:

1x Dermopurifyer Triple Effect Serum
1x Dermopurifyer Protective Fluid SPF30

5. The closing date of the competition is Thursday 14th March 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

7. A winner will be chosen by random draw via a random number generator supervised by an independent person. 

8. The winners will receive the prize specified in the promotional information.

9. The winner will be notified by Facebook/Instagram messenger or private message with all details, within 72 hours after the closing date. The winner will need to reply to our message within 2 weeks and providing name, email address, UK postal address.  If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within two weeks of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If a winner cannot be contacted due to the personal setting of his social media account, the Promotor will also be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize(s) will be sent to the winner by post within 30 days  after the winner has been notified. 

11. The prize(s) for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

12. The prize(s) is supplied by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. 

13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14.The Promoter will, on request, make available details of the prize winners (surnames and counties) for 28 of days after the date of the closing date of the Promotion. The information can be obtained by sending email to Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com . If an entrant objects to any or all of his or her surname or county being published or made available in this way in the event, they are selected a winner, they can object to this disclosure by sending an email to Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com when entering the Promotion. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still make their details available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.  

15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 

16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
18.Any personal data collected for this Promotion will only be used for the execution and fulfilment of the Promotion and will be deleted afterwards. More information can be found in the Privacy Policy, please refer to section 3.3.
19.Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Promotion. By submitting your information and entering this Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition (which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media) and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.


20. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
