Conditions of Participation

By participating in the "Eucerin Advent Calendar" campaign (hereinafter the "campaign")
the user accepts the conditions of participation mentioned here. 

1. The campaign is organized by Beiersdorf AG, Unnastraße 48, 20253 Hamburg.
   
   
2. Participation in the campaign will take place from December 1st, 2020 to December 24th, 2020 and consists of 15 independent raffles and 9 independent sales promotions. The opportunity to participate in the individual daily competitions begins on the respective calendar day at 00:00 and ends at 23:59.
   
   
3. Participation in the campaign takes place exclusively online by providing the contact details, including address and email address, and can be carried out under the following link https://www.eucerin.com/adventcalendar
   
   
4. In the course of the action, the participants may be contacted by a chatbot, which draws their attention to details of the action or has limited dialogues with them. The behavior of the chatbot is controlled by artificial intelligence and not by humans. More information about any processing of personal data by the chatbot is available at https://www.eucerin.co.uk/meta-pages/conditions-of-use#accept-terms.
   
   
5. Each person can take part in the campaign once. Participation via competition associations, automated services or other service providers is not permitted. Beiersdorf AG reserves the right to exclude participants from participating in the campaign if they suspect tampering without giving reasons.
   
   
6. Eligible are people who are resident in xxxxxxxx, who have reached the age of xxxxxxx and have registered for the Eucerin Advents Calendar program. 
   
   
7. Beiersdorf AG employees and their relatives are excluded from participating in the campaign.
   
   
8. A total of xx Eucerin product sets will be raffled (for a complete list of the Eucerin product sets to be won, see the list below). The Eucerin product sets will be raffled on different days during the campaign period.
   
   
9. On xxxxx different days during the promotional period, all participants will receive a discount code for a discounted order or for an exemption from shipping costs above a specified order value. On the 9 days, the discount code is only valid on the day of participation. 
   
   
10. The winners will be selected daily from the participants of the previous day by lot and will be notified of their winnings by email within the next 3 working days. The Eucerin product sets will be sent to the winners on a weekly basis during the period from December 1, 2020 to December 20, 2020, for the previous calendar week. The Eucerin product sets, which will be drawn in the week from December 21, 2020 to December 24, 2020, will be dispatched in January 2021.
    
    
11. With participation, the data provided will be saved and processed by Beiersdorf AG for the purpose and for the entire duration of the campaign. After the campaign has been completed, the data will be deleted. This only applies to the data provided as part of this promotion. The data for newsletter registration. Further information on the collection and use of data can be found in our data protection declaration .
    
    
12. The participant is responsible for the sending and correctness of the contact data.
    
    
13. The prizes and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. Beiersdorf AG is entitled to make changes to the profits and discounts. The judges' decision is final.
