Glycyrrhetinic Acid is derived from the roots of the Chinese liquorice plant - Glycyrrhiza glabra, and is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It has also been shown to support skin´s own DNA-repair in skin calls that has been damaged by UV-irradiation (in-vitro).
